1. Spring Clean Your Digital Life – Make Room to Blossom!

As teachers, your digital life for personal and work related matters can get overwhelming — from lesson plans and assignments to emails and grading tools.
– Unsubscribe from emails you never read & delete old documents if they’re no longer necessary.
– Organize your phone apps into folders and categorize lesson plans for easy access.
– Set your home screen to a calming wallpaper like flowers, greenery or the ocean.

2. Hydrate to Flourish – Drink Up for Fresh Energy!

As a teacher, you’re always on the go! Keep a water bottle handy to stay hydrated and encourage your students to do the same.
– Staying hydrated helps keep your energy levels up, which is especially important when you’re leading lessons.
– Add a slice of lemon or cucumber for a refreshing twist.
– Did you know – Staying hydrated improves productivity by up to 14%.

3. Bloom with New Beginnings

– The new year offers a fresh start, just like a garden in spring. In lieu of Chinese New Year, take time to reset and refresh and visit Gardens by the Bay’s Spring Blossoms floral display! Take in the serene beauty of cherry blossoms and peonies while practicing mindfulness.
– Spending time in nature can lower stress levels and boost creativity, making it a great way to refresh your mind.
The event runs until 28 February 2025. Tickets are $12 for locals!
